Experience barefoot living at The Pines on Natai Beach, located along Phang Nga’s pristine western coastline.
Spilling onto the sands, this secluded, beachfront villa combines a modern rustic architectural style with tropical living. Lavish use of Burmese teak wood as a building material gives it a warm and earthy vibe, not taking away from the shimmering sea views which are justifiably the highlight of the villa.
Divided into five Thai-style individual living sections, each of the villa’s five bedrooms enjoys privacy, either set within its own pavilion or with a separate entrance. Enjoy sea views from your bedroom, or simply by stepping out onto the inspired pool deck, or directly onto the sandy beach.
The main living area deserves to be featured in design magazines, with high wooden ceilings, a long breakfast bar on one side and a dining table taking centre stage. The front wall is entirely made up of sliding glass doors which lead to the pool deck and can be pulled back on breezy afternoons or shut for air-conditioned comfort. The living space on the right side has elegant seating and design touches such as an artistic curved floor lamp.
Besides the warm wood architecture and stunning sea views, one of the biggest highlights of the villa is a turquoise 20-metre lap pool, positioned a few steps from the beach. When was the last time you did star gazing, something that you can do from the outdoor sala at The Pines, on a clear night.
Thai hospitality at its best, you will be greeted warmly by the villa team when you check-in and they will take care of your every need during your stay. The chef is a magician in the kitchen and the Elite Concierge can arrange for activities in and around the villa such as stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling, kayaking and village tours.

Location
The Pines is situated on the unspoiled sands of Natai Beach and boasts a significant 50-60 metres of beachfront with no immediate neighbours. This gives it a sense of complete privacy and seclusion, rare to find in Phuket. The 25-minute journey from the airport to the villa crosses the bridge that connects the mainland to the island. The route passes through charming palm-fringed local villages, offering you a glimpse of the traditional way of life.
A stroll along the beachfront brings you to the jetty. Head here early in the morning to view local fishermen in action. Atleenta Resort and Iniala Beach House are both close by and offer alternative dining options, if you wish for a change of scenery. A dream come true for nature lovers, waterfalls, hot springs and beautiful forest trails wait to be explored inside Ao Phang Nga National Park.
More information for Things to doTear yourself away from the villa, however hard it may be, to explore this exotic destination. The Elite Concierge will be happy to share recommendations, help you plan itineraries and make necessary arrangements for you to discover Phuket’s treasures. Here’s a sneak peek at what lies in store:

Dining
How amazing is the thought of a villa holiday where you don’t have to worry about cooking, grocery shopping or washing the dishes? Your private chef at The Pines will happily prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner every day for your group. Mid-afternoon snacks can also be easily arranged.
The extensive suggestion menu offers a variety of authentic Thai dishes to choose from, as well as a good selection of western dishes, including healthy salads and comfort food. Expertly arranged, the menu is split into Thai, western, vegetarian, vegan, kids’ and gluten-free sections. There really is something for everyone and dishes can be adapted to suit your preferences.
Besides Thai favourites, we highly recommend the Greek Salad from the western menu. Be prepared to share though, the portions are big. The Pomelo Salad with Prawns is also delicious, and your kids will love the Spaghetti Carbonara. A poolside barbecue can be arranged on request (extra charge). Be sure to order the Catch of the Day, you are merely a few metres away from the Natai Beach Jetty where fishermen go out in the early hours of the morning to catch fish. The additional selection of lobsters, prawns, squid, clamshells and crabs will keep seafood lovers happy.
Thai people are very conscientious about the younger members of your group, and will be happy to serve kids first, to adhere to sleep times.
The villa team takes care of all the grocery shopping which is charged at market price plus a 20% handling fee and a government tax, with a minimum shopping fee of THB 750. You are encouraged to plan your meals with the Villa Manager and the chef, preferably a day in advance. The villa team will keep all receipts for reference when settling bills.
